orrison Design, LLC is a fully licensed architectural design firm with a specialty in historic preservation. The Owners have a combined 20+ years of experience in architectural design. With experience managing both large and small projects, our designs shows a breadth of work. We have the management skills to guide large, complex projects and the attention to detail to produce thoughtful designs at a more intimate scale.

Residential Design
Morrison Design has extensive experience designing sensitive additions and renovations and new custom homes. Projects include compatible new infill housing for historic neighborhoods, kitchen and bath remodelings, porch additions, accessory buildings, and environmentally friendly houses.

Commercial Design
Morrison Design has experience working with historic commercial and industrial properties. With this background, we have gained the particular skills required to sensitively adapt these historic structures to modern building requirements and codes. Green Design
Morrison Design is a LEED accredited architectural design firm. We have experience evaluating designs for LEED compliance and designing buildings according to sustainable design principles.  Sensitively adapting historic structures to modern energy efficient standards is an area of specialized interest and expertise.
