         Historic Resource Surveys
                                              Morrison Design has performed large scale historic resourc surveys, including for Atlanta's BeltLine project, for which three awards were received.  We have just completed a city-wide historic resources survey for the City of Decatur, Georgia.     Historic Structure Reports & Preservation Plans

     National Register Nominations
                                  Morrison Design has prepared historic registry nominations for both individual buildings and entire historic districts.  This valuable designation enables a property to receive preferential tax treatments as well as government grants.      Historic Preservation Tax Incentive Applications
