Historic Resource Surveys
Morrison Design has performed large scale historic resourc surveys, including for Atlanta's BeltLine project, for which three awards were received.  We have just completed a city-wide historic resources survey for the City of Decatur, Georgia.  

Historic Structure Reports & Preservation Plans
With a combined background in architecture and historic preservation, Morrison Design is particularly well suited to evaluate and make treatment recommendations for historic buildings.   

National Register Nominations
Morrison Design has prepared historic registry nominations for both individual buildings and entire historic districts.  This valuable designation enables a property to receive preferential tax treatments as well as government grants. 

Historic Preservation Tax Incentive Applications
Morrison Design has prepared tax credit applications for historic rehabilitations at both the federal and state level.  We also provide design guidance for architects and Owners who are trying to meet the requirements of the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation in order to receive tax credits.
